Built at the front counter, not in a boardroom
MDRepairs is a working lab in Lincroft, New Jersey. Devices cross our counter all day - walk-ins, mail-ins, partner shipments - and every one of them needs a ticket, a diagnosis, an estimate, an approval, an invoice, and a pickup.
We tried running that day on the usual shop platforms. They billed us monthly and still made the counter slower: too many tabs, too many workarounds, and feature requests that went nowhere.

A screen swap drops stock below par. The part lands on the low-stock list before anyone reaches into an empty bin.

The "any update?" calls stop coming
Moving a ticket to a new status texts the customer automatically, and the portal shows the same timeline we see. The phone stays quiet.

Pickup, paid, filed
Checkout rings the repair with parts and labor, card or cash. The invoice files itself against the ticket, not into a shoebox.

The day closes without a spreadsheet night
Reports show the day by ticket, tech, and dollar, and the books sync to QuickBooks or Xero. We lock the door and go home.
