The shop Middletown trusts for any Galaxy

MDrepairs is a local Samsung Galaxy repair shop serving Middletown and all of Monmouth County from our lab at 644 Newman Springs Road in Lincroft. We repair the full Galaxy lineup, the S series and S Ultra, the Note series with the S Pen, the everyday A series, and the Z Fold and Z Flip foldables, from cracked AMOLED screens and tired batteries to USB-C ports, water damage, shattered back glass and folding-screen and hinge work, with fair quotes, quality parts, and most repairs finished the same day.

What sets us apart is who is behind the bench. We are the data-recovery lab that millions of people follow online, where lead technician Joseph Montanti films real recoveries and board-level repairs watched hundreds of millions of times. That same micro-soldering skill goes into every Galaxy repair, including soldered USB-C ports and the delicate foldable work that mall kiosks and chains send away. When you walk in, you talk to the person who actually fixes your phone. For a free quote in the Middletown NJ area, call 732-933-7717 or use our online quote form.

We keep the whole process simple and fair. Every repair begins with a free estimate so you know exactly what is wrong and what it costs before you spend anything, and you get a clear, written price you approve before any work starts, no surprises and no pressure to add things you do not need. Most screen, battery and charging-port repairs are done the same day, often while you wait. And because your photos and contacts are precious, a standard repair never touches your data, and when a Galaxy is too far gone to fix, our recovery lab can still rescue what is on it.

Samsung Galaxy repair, in depth

A closer look at the Galaxy repairs we do every day

The problems below are the ones we see most across the Galaxy lineup in Middletown and Monmouth County, from foldables to flagships. Here is how we diagnose and fix each one, why most cost far less than a new phone, and what you can expect when you bring your Galaxy to our Lincroft lab.

01 / Z Fold & Z Flip

Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip foldable repair

Foldables are where most phone shops stop and we begin. The flexible inner display and the hinge on a Galaxy Z Fold or Z Flip are the most demanding repairs in the phone world, and they are a specialty for us.

A large foldable Galaxy phone opened flat on a repair bench showing its wide inner folding display being worked on with a plastic opening tool

A Galaxy Z Fold or Z Flip is really two screens in one device: a tough outer cover display you use closed, and a large flexible inner display that bends along a crease when you open it. That inner panel is a marvel of engineering, but it is also delicate, the plastic protective layer can lift or scratch, the screen can crack along or across the fold, develop a black band, flicker, or stop responding to touch on one side. Because so few shops are equipped or willing to work on a folding screen, many Galaxy owners are told their foldable is a write-off when it simply needs the right hands. We replace cracked, black and unresponsive inner folding displays, as well as the smaller outer cover screen, using the careful, patient technique these panels demand.

The other half of every foldable is the hinge, and it is the part that makes or breaks the phone. A Z Flip or Z Fold hinge is a precise multi-link mechanism that lets the phone fold flat, hold itself open at an angle, and protect the screen as it closes. Over time, grit and pocket lint work into the hinge, the mechanism loosens, or a drop knocks it out of alignment, so the phone will not sit flat, will not stay open where you set it, or makes a grinding or crunching sound as it folds. We open the phone, clean and service the hinge, realign or replace the worn parts, and make sure the fold action is smooth and the inner screen sits perfectly flat again, which also protects the display from further damage.

Foldable repair takes more time and more care than a standard phone, and we are honest about that up front. An inner-screen or hinge job is not usually a while-you-wait repair, and some foldable parts have to be ordered, so we give you a realistic timeline before any work begins rather than a promise we cannot keep. What you get in return is a foldable brought back to life by a shop that genuinely specializes in them, backed by our 90-day warranty, instead of being pushed toward an expensive new device or a faceless service that takes your phone hundreds of miles away.

If your foldable took a fall or a splash, bring it in sooner rather than later. A small crack or lifted protective layer on a folding screen spreads faster than on a rigid phone because the panel flexes every single time you open and close it, and a hinge that is grinding is steadily wearing and can eventually damage the screen it is meant to protect. Catching a foldable problem early often means a smaller, less expensive repair, and we will always give you a straight, no-pressure opinion on whether yours needs attention now or can safely wait.

02 / Curved-edge AMOLED

Cracked Galaxy screen repair on S, Note and A phones

A cracked screen is by far the most common reason Galaxy owners walk into our Lincroft shop, and on most S, Note and A models it is a same-day fix that costs a fraction of replacing the phone.

A slim Galaxy flagship with a curved-edge AMOLED display and a shattered screen on a repair bench beside a replacement display assembly

Samsung builds some of the best displays in the industry, and that is exactly why a cracked Galaxy screen needs the right replacement. Most Galaxy phones use AMOLED or Dynamic AMOLED panels that produce deep blacks, vivid color and high brightness, and the flagship S and Note models often use curved-edge displays that wrap around the sides of the phone. A drop can shatter the glass, but it can also damage the panel underneath even when the glass looks intact, which is why a cracked Galaxy can still show a perfect picture one day and then develop green or pink lines, a spreading black blotch, dead touch zones or ghost taps the next. None of that means the phone is finished, it almost always means the display assembly needs replacing, and that is one of our most common repairs.

On a Galaxy, the glass and the AMOLED panel are fused into a single sealed assembly, so unlike some phones there is no cheap glass-only fix, the display is replaced as a unit. That makes the quality of the replacement matter enormously. A low-grade panel can look dim, render Samsung color poorly, lose touch sensitivity, drain the battery faster, or fail within weeks, and a curved-edge phone is especially unforgiving of a bad part. We fit quality AMOLED assemblies that match how your Galaxy left the factory, calibrate the touch, and back every screen repair with our 90-day warranty, so the phone looks, feels and responds exactly the way it did before the crack.

Pricing depends heavily on the model, and we are transparent about why. A flat AMOLED on a Galaxy A series is far more affordable than a curved Dynamic AMOLED on an S Ultra, and a Note with an S Pen digitizer behind the screen is its own consideration. When you bring your Galaxy in, we identify the exact model, check whether the display and touch still work, and quote it honestly, so you are never paying flagship prices for a budget repair or the other way around. The free estimate comes first, with no diagnostic fee and no pressure.

There is a real reason not to put off a cracked Galaxy screen. A small crack rarely stays small, every flex of the phone in your pocket works it wider, and once it reaches the AMOLED layer or the touch digitizer you can lose part of the picture or the touch response, turning a screen repair into a more involved job. Sharp edges can cut your finger and let dust and moisture seep toward the battery and board. On a curved-edge phone, cracks at the edge are especially prone to spreading. Repairing early is almost always the cheaper, safer choice, and we will give you an honest opinion on whether yours can wait a little or should be done now.

03 / All-day power again

Galaxy battery replacement and swollen-battery safety

If your Galaxy dies by the afternoon, shuts off randomly with charge to spare, or feels sluggish, the battery, not the phone, is usually to blame, and replacing it is quick and affordable.

An opened Galaxy phone on a repair bench with the rear glass removed exposing the battery and logic board, a pry tool lifting the battery

Every Galaxy battery is a lithium cell with a limited number of charge cycles, typically a few hundred full charges before it noticeably weakens. As it ages it holds less and less power, so a Galaxy that once lasted all day starts needing a top-up by lunch. Worse, a worn battery can no longer deliver power smoothly under load, which is why an aging phone suddenly shuts off at twenty or thirty percent, lags when you open apps or the camera, or restarts on its own. People often blame the phone and start shopping for a new Galaxy when a fresh battery would have brought it right back to life.

A battery replacement is one of the most satisfying repairs we do because the difference is immediate and dramatic. We fit a quality replacement cell, recalibrate where the phone supports it, and hand back a Galaxy that lasts through your day again, usually the same day you drop it off. For a fraction of the cost of a new flagship, you keep the phone you already know with all your apps, photos and settings exactly in place, and on Samsung phones a healthy battery also lets features like fast charging and the high refresh-rate display work the way they should.

There is a safety side to Galaxy batteries that we take seriously. A lithium cell that has started to fail can swell as gas builds inside it, and on a glass-backed Galaxy a swollen battery pushes outward, lifting the back glass or pressing the screen off the frame, creating a gap around the edges, making the phone rock on a flat surface, or in rare cases posing a fire risk. If you ever notice your back glass or screen bulging or separating, stop using the phone and bring it in promptly, do not press it back down or try to puncture the battery. We remove swollen batteries safely, dispose of them properly, and fit a fresh cell so your Galaxy is safe to use again.

Charging habits affect how long a new battery lasts, so we will share a few simple pointers when you pick up. Heat is the real enemy of lithium batteries, so avoid leaving the Galaxy on a hot dashboard or charging it under a pillow, and topping up through the day is gentler on the cell than always draining it to zero. Samsung phones also include battery-protection settings that can cap charging to extend cell life, and we are happy to point those out. With a quality replacement and reasonable care, a fresh battery will give you years of dependable all-day life.

04 / Reliable USB-C

USB-C charging port repair when your Galaxy will not charge

A Galaxy that charges only when you hold the cable just right, charges painfully slowly, or refuses to charge at all is one of the most fixable problems we see, and it is rarely the phone giving up.

Extreme macro of a Galaxy USB-C charging port flex being soldered under a microscope on a micro-soldering bench

The most common cause is simply a dirty port. Galaxy phones live in pockets and bags, and lint, dust and debris pack into the USB-C port over months until the cable can no longer seat fully. In a lot of cases what looks like a dying Galaxy is solved by a careful, proper cleaning of the port, no parts required. We always check for that first, because the honest, inexpensive fix is the right one, and we would rather clean a port for very little than sell you a repair you do not need.

When cleaning is not enough, the USB-C port itself is usually worn or damaged. Charging ports take a beating from thousands of plug-ins and the occasional yanked cable, and the tiny pins inside bend, wear out or break. On some Galaxy models the port is a plug-in flex assembly we can swap quickly, but on many modern Galaxy phones the USB-C port is soldered directly to the logic board, which means it takes board-level micro-soldering to replace. That is exactly the kind of work most phone shops and mall kiosks send away or refuse, and it is everyday work for us, because board-level repair is the heart of our data-recovery lab.

Wireless charging gives us another way to diagnose and another thing to repair. If a Galaxy charges fine on a wireless pad but not by cable, that points squarely at the USB-C port; if neither works, we look further into the charging circuit on the board. We can also repair a failed wireless charging coil on phones that support it, and check the fast-charging circuitry so your Galaxy charges at full speed again rather than crawling. Whatever the path, we test the finished repair with several different cables and chargers before you pick up, so you leave confident your phone charges quickly and reliably every time.

A word on charging accessories, because they cause more trouble than people expect. A frayed cable or a cheap, underpowered charging brick can mimic a broken port exactly, charging slowly or cutting in and out, and a bad cable can even damage the port over time. Samsung fast charging also needs a charger that supports it, so a generic brick can leave a perfectly healthy Galaxy charging slowly. When you bring a charging problem in, bring the charger and cable you normally use so we can test the whole chain, not just the phone. Sometimes the good news is that your Galaxy is fine and a worn cable was the culprit, and we would much rather tell you that.

05 / Whole-phone repair

Back glass, cameras, speakers and buttons

A Galaxy is more than its front screen, and we repair the rest of it too, from shattered rear glass to cameras, speakers, microphones and buttons that have stopped doing their job.

The rear of a Galaxy flagship with shattered back glass and a multi-camera housing on a repair bench beside a laser-separation machine

Cracked back glass is common on glass-backed Galaxy phones, and it is one of the most-asked-about repairs we get. Beyond looking rough, broken rear glass leaves sharp edges that can cut you and exposes the internals to dust and moisture, and on a Galaxy the rear glass also sits over the wireless charging coil and the camera housing. Replacing it properly takes controlled heat and careful separation so the cameras, frame and wireless charging keep working, and we use the right tools to do it cleanly rather than a messy peel-and-glue approach. On many Galaxy models a back-glass repair costs a good deal less than people expect.

Cameras are another frequent fix, and Galaxy phones pack a lot of them. A drop can crack the rear camera glass over the multi-lens housing, knock the autofocus out, or leave photos blurry, spotty or completely black, and a damaged front camera can break video calls and face unlock. We replace front and rear camera modules and the protective lens glass, then test focus, flash, zoom and every lens so your Galaxy shoots sharp again. If your photos suddenly look foggy or washed out, it is often a cracked lens cover that is quick and inexpensive to swap.

Sound and buttons round out the everyday repairs. If callers cannot hear you, your mic may be blocked or failed; if you cannot hear them, it could be the earpiece or the loudspeaker; and a Galaxy that plays no media sound or sounds muffled often just needs a speaker replaced or a clogged grille cleared. We also fix unresponsive power and volume buttons, faulty fingerprint sensors, including the in-display readers on newer Galaxy phones, and other small faults that make a phone frustrating to live with. Most are quick, affordable repairs that bring the whole device back to normal.

Because we work on every part of the Galaxy, you can often solve several annoyances in one visit. It is common for a phone to come in for a cracked screen and leave with a fresh battery, a cleaned charging port and new back glass as well, all quoted up front and all under one 90-day warranty. Rather than living with a Galaxy that is slowly falling apart, or trading it in over a couple of small faults, you can have it brought back to fully working condition in a single trip to a local shop you can actually talk to.

06 / Act fast, save it

Water and liquid damage rescue, even on IP-rated Galaxy phones

A Galaxy that went in water, a pool, a drink or the toilet is a race against time, and what you do in the first hour, plus how fast you get it to us, makes all the difference, even on a water-resistant model.

A half-disassembled Galaxy foldable on a repair bench showing the metal hinge mechanism and exposed internals being inspected

Many Galaxy phones carry an IP water-resistance rating, and that leads people to assume their phone is waterproof. It is not, and that rating is the single biggest reason Galaxy owners wait too long after a spill. Water resistance is tested when a phone is brand new, and it fades with every drop, every flex of the back glass, every screen or battery repair done with the wrong seals, and simply with age as the adhesive gaskets break down. So a Galaxy that survived a splash two years ago can let water straight in today. On a foldable, water resistance is even more limited because of the hinge, so a Z Fold or Z Flip that gets wet should be treated as urgent.

Liquid damage is not really about the water itself, it is about what the water leaves behind. As moisture dries inside the phone it leaves minerals and starts corroding the tiny connections on the logic board, and that corrosion keeps spreading and doing damage long after the phone feels dry on the outside. This is why a Galaxy can seem fine for a day or two after a spill and then suddenly stop charging, lose its screen, or die completely. The single best thing you can do is stop the corrosion early, which means getting the phone opened and professionally cleaned as soon as possible, not waiting to see what happens.

Please skip the rice trick, it does not work and it wastes the time that actually matters. Rice cannot reach or neutralize the corrosion already forming on the board, and the days spent waiting only let the damage advance. The right first steps are simple: power the Galaxy off immediately, do not plug it in to charge, do not keep pressing the power button to see if it turns on, and bring it to us quickly. Powering on or charging a wet phone can short the board and turn a recoverable Galaxy into one that is not.

In our lab we open the phone, inspect the board under a microscope, and clean the liquid and corrosion off using the proper tools and an ultrasonic cleaning process where it helps. We trace which components were affected, repair or replace what is damaged, reseal the phone where possible to restore some water protection, and test it thoroughly. Water damage is genuinely unpredictable, no honest shop can promise a result before they look, but our board-level experience gives your Galaxy a far better chance than a screen-swap counter that cannot work at the component level. And if the phone truly cannot be revived, this is where being a data-recovery lab sets us apart, because we can often recover the photos, contacts and messages directly from its memory, see our Samsung Galaxy data recovery service.

07 / S Pen, Knox & setup

S Pen repair, software help and getting your Galaxy back to normal

Beyond glass and batteries, we handle the details that make a Galaxy a Galaxy, from a misbehaving S Pen to the software and setup steps that get your phone working exactly as it should after a repair.

A Galaxy phone on a repair bench being tested after a screen repair, an S Pen and precision tools arranged beside it

The S Pen is one of the things that sets the Note and the S Ultra apart, and when it stops working it is frustrating. If your S Pen has stopped writing, lost its pressure sensitivity, will not click in or out of its slot, or simply is not detected by the screen, the cause can be the pen itself, the digitizer layer under the display that senses it, or the small components around the S Pen slot. We diagnose which it is and repair or replace what is needed, so your S Pen works smoothly again across handwritten notes, drawing, screen-off memos and the Air Actions remote features. Because the digitizer sits behind the screen, S Pen problems are sometimes resolved as part of a screen repair, and we will always explain the most cost-effective path.

Galaxy phones also have their own software quirks, and we help with the ones that masquerade as hardware failures. A Galaxy stuck on the boot logo, frozen at the Samsung screen, boot-looping, or behaving strangely after an update can sometimes be revived with a careful software repair rather than a parts replacement, and we will always check that before recommending anything more involved. We can also help you back up with Smart Switch, move data to a new Galaxy, or restore a phone to working order after a botched update, so you do not lose what matters.

Samsung security is something we work with rather than around. Galaxy phones use Samsung Knox and account-based protections that keep your data safe, and we respect that completely, we will ask you to unlock your own phone and verify your own account so the repair is done properly and your security is never compromised. This is exactly why repairing locally matters: you are present, you control your own credentials, and you hand the phone to the person doing the work rather than dropping it into a box bound for a facility you will never see.

When your Galaxy is ready, we do not just hand it back, we test it. We check the touch across the whole screen including the curved edges, confirm the S Pen, cameras, speakers, microphones, fingerprint sensor, charging and signal all work, and on a foldable we verify the fold action and that the inner screen sits flat. Only when everything passes do we call you to pick up. Every repair is backed by our 90-day warranty, and because you are dealing with a real local shop in Lincroft and not a queue, if anything is not right afterward you bring it back to a person who will make it right.

Before you visit

What to do before you bring your Galaxy in

A few simple things make your repair faster and protect your data. None of them are required, when in doubt, just bring the phone in and we'll take it from there.

  1. Back it up to Samsung or Google

If the phone still powers on, a quick backup with Samsung Cloud, Smart Switch or your Google account protects your photos, messages and contacts. A standard screen or battery repair never touches your data, but a backup is smart insurance, and if you are not sure how, we are glad to help.

  2. Know your PIN and Samsung account

We may need to power the phone on and test the touchscreen, S Pen, cameras and buttons after a repair, which means unlocking it. Knowing your PIN or pattern, and your Samsung or Google password if asked, lets us fully verify the fix before you leave.

  3. If it got wet, power it off now

Do not try to charge a wet Galaxy and skip the rice, it does nothing for corrosion. Power the phone off and bring it in fast, even on a water-resistant model, because that rating fades with age. With liquid damage, every hour counts toward whether we can save it.

  4. Bring the S Pen and the phone

You do not need the box or charger, just the phone, plus the S Pen if your repair involves it. If a specific accessory is part of the problem, like a charger that stopped working, bring that too so we can test the real cause.

Repair or replace?

Is it worth repairing your Galaxy?

We will always give you a straight answer. For the great majority of Galaxy phones, a screen, battery or charging-port repair costs a small fraction of a new flagship and keeps the device you already know, with all your apps and data exactly where they are.

Usually worth repairing

  • A cracked AMOLED, worn battery, or USB-C port on a Galaxy you otherwise like and that still gets updates.
  • The repair costs far less than a new flagship or the rest of a carrier financing contract.
  • You want to keep your number, your apps, your S Pen notes and your photos without switching phones.
  • The fault is a single part, and the rest of the Galaxy works perfectly once it is fixed.

Replacement may make sense

  • A very old Galaxy with severe damage that has also stopped getting security updates.
  • Multiple major faults at once, where the combined repair approaches the value of the phone.
  • You were already due for an upgrade and the damage simply made the timing clear.

Either way, a quick diagnosis tells us exactly what is going on. If repairing isn't worth it on your Galaxy, we will say so plainly, and we can still get your photos, contacts and data off it so nothing is lost when you move to a new device. The mistake we see most is people replacing a perfectly good Galaxy over a cracked screen or a dead battery, an inexpensive fix, and the opposite, pouring money into a phone that is genuinely at the end of the road. Our job is to keep you from either one. We have no interest in selling you a repair you do not need, and because we are the lab that recovers data for people across the country, our reputation depends on giving you the honest answer.

FAQs

Samsung Galaxy repair FAQ

Straight answers to the questions Middletown Galaxy owners ask us most.

How much does a Samsung Galaxy screen repair cost in Middletown, NJ?

It depends entirely on the model, because a flat AMOLED on a Galaxy A series costs far less than a curved-edge Dynamic AMOLED on an S Ultra, and a Z Fold inner folding display is in a different tier again. That is why every visit starts with a free estimate: we identify your exact Galaxy model, check whether the display and touch still respond, and give you a firm written price before any work begins. You only pay once you approve the quote, with no diagnostic fee and no surprises.

Can you repair my Samsung the same day, and do I need an appointment?

Many common Galaxy repairs, screens, batteries and charging ports on popular S and A models, are done the same day, often while you wait once we have the part. Foldable inner-screen and hinge work, or jobs needing a part we order, take a little longer, and we tell you the realistic timeline up front. Walk-ins are welcome at our Lincroft lab, and you are also free to call ahead so we can have the right parts ready for your model.

Will I lose my photos, contacts or data during a Galaxy repair?

A standard screen, battery, port or back-glass repair does not touch your data, everything stays exactly where it was. We still recommend a backup before any repair as a safeguard. And if your Galaxy is dead or water-damaged and the data is what matters most, remember that we are first and foremost a data-recovery lab, so we can often rescue your photos and contacts even from a phone that will not power on, see our Samsung Galaxy data recovery page.

Can you repair the inner folding screen on a Galaxy Z Fold?

Yes. The flexible inner display on a Z Fold is one of the most delicate repairs in the phone world, and most shops and mall kiosks will not touch it. We replace cracked, black, flickering or unresponsive inner folding screens, as well as the smaller outer cover display, using the careful technique these panels demand. Foldables are a specialty for us, so your Z Fold is in the right hands.

My Galaxy Z Flip will not close flat or the hinge feels loose. Can you fix it?

In most cases, yes. The hinge is the heart of any foldable, and on a Z Flip or Z Fold it can collect grit, loosen, or get knocked out of alignment so the phone will not sit flat, will not stay open, or grinds when you fold it. We open the phone, clean and service the hinge mechanism, realign or replace the parts that are worn, and make sure the fold action is smooth and the screen sits flat again.

Which Samsung Galaxy models do you repair?

We repair the full Galaxy lineup: the S series including the latest S Ultra and older S phones, the Note series with the S Pen, the budget-friendly A series, and the Z Fold and Z Flip foldables. Whether it is a cracked screen, a tired battery, a charging port, back glass or water damage, bring your Galaxy in and we will diagnose it for free.

Can you replace my Galaxy battery if it drains fast or has swollen?

Yes, and it is one of our quickest jobs. Galaxy batteries wear out after a few hundred charge cycles, which causes fast drain, random shutdowns and sluggish performance, and an aging battery can swell and push the back glass or screen off the frame, which is a safety issue you should not ignore. We remove swollen batteries safely and fit a quality replacement that restores all-day life, usually the same day.

My Galaxy charges slowly or only at an angle. Is the charging port repairable?

Almost always. A Galaxy that charges only when you wiggle the cable, charges slowly, or will not charge at all usually has a dirty, worn or damaged USB-C port. We start by checking for lint and debris, the inexpensive honest fix, and when the port itself is the problem we replace it, including board-level micro-soldering on models where the port is soldered to the logic board. That board-level work is everyday work for our data-recovery lab.

My Samsung got wet. What should I do, and can you save it?

Power it off, do not try to charge it, and skip the rice, which does nothing for the corrosion already starting inside. Bring it to us as fast as you can. Even though many Galaxy phones carry an IP water-resistance rating, that protection fades with age and damage, and once water gets in it corrodes the board. We open the phone, clean the liquid and corrosion off under a microscope, reseal it where possible, and give it the best possible chance.

Do you replace cracked back glass on a Galaxy phone?

Yes. Shattered rear glass is common on glass-backed Galaxy phones, and we replace it cleanly using proper heat-and-separation tools so your cameras, frame and wireless charging keep working. Beyond looking rough, broken back glass leaves sharp edges and exposes the internals to dust and moisture, so it is worth repairing, and on many models it costs less than people expect.

Can you fix the S Pen or the S Pen slot on a Galaxy Note or Ultra?

Yes. If your S Pen has stopped writing, lost its pressure sensitivity, will not click in or out, or is not detected by the screen, we can diagnose whether it is the pen itself, the digitizer under the display, or the S Pen slot and its tiny components. We repair or replace what is needed so your S Pen works smoothly again across notes, drawing and screen-off memos.

Do you offer a warranty on Samsung Galaxy repairs?

Yes. Every Galaxy repair we do is backed by our 90-day warranty covering the parts we install and the workmanship. If something related to the repair is not right, bring it back and we will make it right. Repairing locally also means you deal with the same technician who did the work, not a faceless counter, and the lab millions already trust to recover data stands behind your repair.

What our customers say

  • Joe at MDrepairs was absolutely on point. Had to bring an old android of mine back to life and I know it was no easy task. MDrepairs was the 3rd company I called and the only ones that were able to get the job done. He had to go above and beyond by sourcing parts from a donor phone. The repair was done ahead of time and he communicated the entire time. Very straight forward process and I couldn't be any happier! I recommend MDrepairs for any cellphone work and will contact them first next time. Thanks again!

  • Lost my SSD after a hard reset and i thought the world ended. After 2 days of stress and hell, i made the trip and dropped my drive to these guys that i kept watching their insta videos and never thought that i would be one of their customers. I paid the rush fee and within 24 hours and a few extra minutes my business came back to life like tragedy never struck in the first place. They saved everything i thought i lost. Great guys, awesome communication. So if you are like me, and one day you lost your data, photos, videos and what not, take a deep breath and call these guys. Life is not over yet until you give them a chance to help you. Fairly priced for the job, definitely some money saving compare to those big companies on the internet, that quote you thousands of dollars making you question if what you lost is priceless indeed as they are ready to charge you an arm and a leg. So with all that ordeal in mind, I Would highly recommend MD anytime, to anyone!!

  • Thanks for the memories! We had this device for almost 10 years. It contained some of the earliest memories of our kids. My wife was devastated when it randomly stopped working. I saw an MD Repairs video and thought I'd give it a shot. Joe was great to work with, very responsive, and was able to restore pictures and videos from our family's early days. Thank you so very much!

  • I brought a broken external hard drive in for repair, and had an excellent experience working with Joe. He was super accommodating and really took the time to explain everything in detail. Turned out, the drive was completely shot and required some surgery to recover the data. His work is masterful! Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who's both knowledgeable and fair.

  • I used MDrepairs to retrieve files that were lost after a hard drive failure. All communication from MDrepairs was prompt and professional. The files were sent on a flash drive and I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the process and send out the flash drive. The cost was very fair. I highly recommend using MDrepirs if the need arises.
